The Westbourne was launched in 2003, as a response to the requests of “mixologist” for a version of Martin Miller’s Gin that would give more authenticity to the classic repertoire of cocktails and help them create more complex, fully flavored inventions. The flavor profile of the Westbourne is emphasized by the spicy notes of the wine and nutmeg, along with greater intensity. It is the bartenders’ favorite and a well-kept secret among the lovers of gin.
